Virginia Ann Arcand was a life-long resident of WBL, born at 312 Banning Ave. on March 5, 1925, as the fourth child of George Arcand and Clara Anne Rivard. Graduated from WBHS, Class of '43. Best school friends Shirley Peterson, Delores Johnson, Adele Cardinal, and her cousin Viola Brisson. Married to Forest Storm September 18, 1943. After high school, Virginia worked until 1955 as a switchboard operator at the telephone company in WBL. From 1960 on, Virginia worked for several finance companies in St. Paul as a telephone receptionist and as a CPA at Marsh and McClellan and Northland Mortgage Co. After death of first husband, remarriage to James Osterbauer in 1986. After retirement, winters in Sun City. Az. Moved into The Arbors in 2002. Death of James in 2004.

—Preceded in death by parents and three siblings, two husbands Forest Storm and James Osterbauer. Survived by two children (survivors): Diane Marie (Reiner) Koenen, living in Germany; and Ron Storm (WBL); one grandchild: Claire Marie (Juergen) Titz, living in Germany. Her hobbys were travel to Hawaii, Europe.
