Samuel Hernandez, 37, beloved Father, Son and Brother, Passed away unexpectedly on February 1st, 2016. Born on June 3, 1978 in St. Paul MN. He is survived by his Father, Sesario Hernandez; Mother, Linda Fadden; Daughter, Alette; Son, Samuel; Brother, Paul; Sister, Annie(Fordice); Nieces, Jade & Alexandra; Nephews, Isaiah & Sesario; Partner, Ashley; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. 1996 Graduate of Humboldt High School. Attended Inver Hills Community College & University of MN. Celebration of Life to be held for Family & Friends at a later date. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
