Died on Thursday, July 13, 2017. Survived by wife, Janice; children, Sheri (John) Riemers, Jennifer (Guy) Roth, Shannon Timm, and Robin (Michelle) Timm; grandchildren, Katie, Alley, Austin, Derek, Carissa, Luke, Chase, and Christian; sister, Sandra (Jim) Schoelen; 3 nieces; 2 nephews; and two special cousins, Andy and Tim La Motte. Roy was a retired pipefitter. Service on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 4-7 PM at Juel Fairbanks CDF, 806 Albert St. N, St. Paul.
