Ralph Eugene Weber was born on December 10, 1930 in Paynesville, Minnesota. The son of Edward and Pearl (Eades) Weber. At the age of 20 Ralph enlisted in the US Army, where he served his country during the Korean War. He was honorably discharged after 3 years of service with 3 Bronze Campaign Stars.

Ralph married the love of his life Mary Rose Pallansch on December 29, 1956. Together they had 2 daughters.

Ralph worked as an owner of his own contracting business building homes. Then as a building inspector for White Bear Township where he retired from.

Ralph's passions were trapshooting and hunting. Ralph died on September 6, 2017 at the age of 86.

He is survived by wife Mary Rose, children; Brenda (Scott) Peterson, Sandra (Jeff) Rider, 3 grandchildren Rebecca (Marcus) Kramer, Derek (Abbey) Vollmer and Jacob Rider; 2 great grandchildren Matthew and Joshua Kramer.
