Patricia "Patty" J. (McDonough) Fadden, 65, of Mendota Heights, MN passed peacefully on the afternoon of January 17, 2024.

Patty was a wife, mother, gramma, sister, aunt and friend of many.  She loved relaxing down by the river and working in her flower gardens.  Her grandchildren were the loves of her life.

Patty was preceded in death by her son Daniel Fadden, her father Joseph McDonough, her mother & stepfather Pat & Paul Storm, and her brother David.  She is survived by her husband Howard Fadden, her sons Garrett (Jessica) & Andrew (Bethany), her beautiful grandchildren Cameron, Luke & Lucy, her brothers Terry McDonough (Anita), Tim McDonough, and their families, her twisted-sister Michele Jerman, and her good friend Cinda Weber.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Our Lady of Peace Hospice Residence for their excellent care & support during Patty's final days.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date and will be communicated through direct messaging and social media.  In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred towards a memorial for Patty (Venmo @Howard-Fadden) or the American Red Cross (https://www.redcross.org/donate).
