Michael John Gorr's Obituary
Some sad news to share. Michael Gorr has passed away. Michael is known to many who entered the Mall of America during the holidays. Each year, Michael donated m ore hours to Salvation Army bell ringing than any other Minnesotan. In fact, every single hour the buckets were out, Michael was there.

Michael – who was born with cerebral palsy - never walked a day of his 67 years. Yet, Michael told Boyd in December, "Regardless of handicap, anybody can do something."
Michael's caregiver, Leah Okongwa, told Boyd this morning, "It meant everything to him to be a Salvation Army bell ringer and to have the privilege of helping others."
