Age 66 of Vadnais Heights, MN, p assed away March 26, 2017. Preceded in death by son Justin Lowe; father and mother Leonard and Shirley Howard; and brother Michael Howard. Survived by husband Colin; daughter Shannon (Jon) Proulx; grandson Colin Proulx; brother Mark (Sheryl) Howard; nephews Nicholas and Anthony Howard; and sister Nancy Howard. Missed by aunt Bernice Peterson; special friend Donna Golden; and many dear cousins.

Remembered for her kindness, love, and support of family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 1.
