Marge Cogger (Adams) was born on July 22, 1949 in St Paul Minnesota.

The first of three children of Howard and Elizabeth Adams.

Marge was a strong independent woman who loved crafting, reading and family and friends. Through her crafting many of her friends and family have been blessed with gifts of her handiwork. If she could see it, she could figure out how to turn it into something spectacular. She was also an avid reader. Most important to her was spending time with family and friends. A highlight was the summer week at the lake with her family. For many years she worked as a dispatcher for the West St Paul Police department.

Survived by her grandchildren Anthony Cogger and Sophie Cogger; sister Ginger (Jim) Walker, Brother Steve (Amy) Adams, nieces and nephews Julie (Robin) Chattopadhyay, Dan (Kristin) Walker, Martin Adams, and Paul Adams, great-nieces and nephews Riya Chattopadhyay, Karina Chattopadhyay, Ben Chattopadhyay, Evan Walker, Adam Walker, Nora Walker, and Isaac Walker. Preceded in death by her son Joseph Cogger and her parents Howard and Elizabeth Adams.
