Survived by children Carol Bufton, Donna Millard, Ellen Barbeck, Robert (Bob) Barbeck; grandchildren Wade Salstrom and Brian (Jenny) Millard; great-grandchildren Anneka, Austin and Nicholas; nieces, nephews, extended family and beloved dog Molly.

Leona was a quiet, humble woman whose life centered on service – to her family, to her church and to the community. Hers was a life well lived. and she will be dearly missed. Well done, thou good and faithful servant. Death is swallowed up; victory is won. Thanks be to God.

A celebration of Leona's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Salem Lutheran Church, 11 West Bernard Street, West Saint Paul, on Thursday, June 9 ^th . Visitation one hour before the service.

Memorials preferred to Salem Lutheran Church, West Saint Paul; or the Animal Humane Society, Golden Valley.
