Age 78 of Roseville (formerly West St. Paul) passed away peacefully on April 26, 2019, surrounded by love and music. A math wizard and creative thinker, he worked as an actuary and accountant for Western Life and The St. Paul Companies. He cared deeply for his family, friends, and neighbors, who will miss his wise counsel and great ingenuity in problem-solving. Preceded in death by wife Nancy Lee and Sister Eleanor Peterson. Brother of Janice Johnson. Beloved dad of Chris (Rhonda) Uggen, and Kathy (JD Merget) Uggen-Merget. Grandpa of Tor, Hope, Leif and Nils. Thank you to Sunrise Assisted Living and Bethesda Hospital for kind and supportive care.
