Age 76
of West Saint Paul passed away on November 14, 2016 in her home. Joyce was the adventurous type who dropped everything when she was 73 years old to move to Nevada with her sister. She enjoyed playing slots, cards and bingo. She moved back to West Saint Paul when her health began to fade. Joyce loved being surrounded by her family and was proud of her connections with the VFW and Moose Lodge. She was called home to celebrate her anniversary with her husband, James. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, James. She is survived by her children, Jerri LaFontaine, Mike (Lynn), Robin (Tom) Bardsley, Patty (Tom) Vruno, Nick, Todd, and Scott; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and siblings, Don Giesel, Jeannie Jewell, Bev Ysagurri, and Carol Stanley. Services will be held at Faith United Methodist Church, 1530 Oakdale Ave, West Saint Paul, MN, on Monday, November 21, 2016 at 1:00 PM with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will take place at Elmhurst Cemetery following the service. Memorial preferred.
