Age 91 of Oak Park Heights, formerly of West St. Paul.  Born October 21, 1929 and died December 22, 2020. Preceded in death by parents George and Ann, wife Grace, and daughter Janice. Survived by daughters Barbara (Rob), Judy, Linda; 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.  Marine Corps Veteran. Past Employee of the U. S. Postal Service in St. Paul. Joe cared deeply about wildlife and the environment and was a member of many conservation organizations.  Private family services will be held.
