John Edward Amacher passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025. He was born on February 17, 1936 to John and Anna Amacher.

He was preceded in death by his parents John and Anna Amacher; daughter Deborah Amacher; brother Lenard Amacher.

He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Dorothy Amacher; children Wayne Amacher, Arnold Amacher, and Charlene (Mark) Carter; sister Ann Marie Myran; many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There will be a funeral service at Johnson-Peterson Funeral Home (612 Smith Ave, St. Paul, MN 55102) on February 3, 2025 at 11 AM with a visitation one hour prior. A graveside service will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
