Beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great Grandpa. Born September 4th 1930. Passed away on July 10, 2013 at age 82. He loved family, McDonalds' coffee, history and weather facts. He was proud to be a "West-Sider" and an Air Force Veteran. He spent his entire law career with Ramsey County Probate Court. Preceded in death by son Robert; survived by wife Joanne of 51 years, son Thomas (Kim), grand-daughter Erin (Tim) Beier, grandsons Robert and Michael Allen, and great-grandson Leo Beier, brothers-in-law Don and Jerry (Lois) Pizzella, nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends. Service will be held at the CHURCH OF SAINT AGNES, on Lafond and Thomas Ave, St Paul on Tues July 16 at 11AM. Visitation will be on Mon, July 15 from 4 - 8 at JOHNSON-PETERSON FUNERAL HOME, 612 S.
