Gail Aanenson's Obituary
Gail was born October 10, 1936 to Alvin M. and Theone J. Aanenson and grew up in Shelly, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Rolf "Don" and nephew Randall. She is survived by her nephew Robin, nieces Jolynn and Darcy. Gail graduated from Concordia College Moorhead and received her Masters from the University of MN. Gail taught overseas in Japan, Turkey and France and then in Milaca, MN, followed by the Roseville School District where she retired after many years. After retirement, she volunteered at the Groveland Emergency Food Shelf in Mpls, where memorials are preferred, and at Meals on Wheels. She also worked as an usher at the Ordway, which she enjoyed. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
