Obituary

Beloved father and grandfather born in Hughes, Arkansas. A lifelong Westsider of St. Paul.  Peacefully passed on October 4, 2022.

Preceded in death by parents Florentino & Andrea, Brother Juan Rodriguez

Frank took pride in his big family.  He was blessed with 6 children, 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Frank loved his country western music.  He was very proud of his time in the army and having his engineer license, he could repair anything.  He had a passion for collecting coins and plants. Frank was known by many and he loved every one of them.
Frank will be dearly missed by all his loved ones and his pets.
Que dios el tenga en sus brazos ahora y por siempre.
