Ramsey, Elizabeth Ann (Betty), joined her beloved husband, Earl Bain Ramsey, in Heaven on August 8, 2013. She spent her life surrounded by music, her beautiful voice entertaining others from her teen years and throughout her life. She inherited her father's artistic talents and shared her prolific watercolor creations with the world. Her dedication to her children and grandchildren knew no bounds and they loved her for her generous nature and ever -cheerful attitude. Born in Helena, Montana, in 1921, she met her future husband, Earl, in high school and they married in 1954. The company they worked for was moved to Minnesota in 1960, bringing the Ramsey family to St. Paul, where they remained. Earl and Betty celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary in 2011. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Earl, in June, 2011. She is survived by children Cheryl Ramsey Drugge (Richard), Pamela Ramsey Weeks (James), and Cynthia Ramsey Wagner (Michael); grandchildren Heidi Penman (Troy), Angelika Wilson (Roger), Elizabeth Weeks, Matthew Weeks, Shanna Wendt (Charles), Anthony Wagner (Tara) Lynn Anderson (Edd), Angela Johns (Michael); great grandchildren Benjamin, Hannah and Ethan (Heidi), Alexander, Nicholas and Joseph (Angelika), Henry and Hugo (Shanna), Jackson (Anthony), Trenton, Cameron and Jaeden (Lynn) and Kailyn and Madison (Angela). Memorial service August 15, 2013, at 10 a.m. at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Charlton and Hwy. 110, Sunfish Lake. Inurnment in the church's columbarium. Refreshment and fellowship to follow.
