Dennis was a 1973 graduate from Johnson High.

Dennis was preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Adele, brother James, and sister Michele. Survived by sons, Jim (Sara) and Brad, sisters, Mary Kay Schaffer and Beatrice Crosby, granddaughters, Faith, Reese, Danielle and Riley, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also special friend of Dennis, Diane Cruz.
