Charles Velin, 86, beloved Father, was called to his eternal resting place on July 20, 2016. He entered this world on August 4, 1929 in West St. Paul, MN. Preceded in death by his sisters, Muriel Either and Gloria Falb. He is survived by his daughter Linda (Greg) Bethke; son Tom (Sharon) Velin; grandchildren, Christine (Sam) Hunter, Danielle Bethke, Lauren and Tyler Velin; and great grandchildren, Nolan and Olive Hunter. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 23rd at Crown of Life Lutheran Church, 115 Crusader Ave W, West St. Paul, MN 55118 with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment at Riverview Cemetery. Donations to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers would be greatly appreciated.
