Barb Newbauer passed away on Sunday, February 8th into the loving arms of her Savior Jesus Christ following a courageous battle with breast cancer. Born on December 14, 1969 in Big Lake, Minnesota. Relocating to Mankato, MN she graduated from Mankato West High School. The things in life that brought Barb the most happiness was spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, helping others and church family. She was the quintessential stay-at-home mom taking great pride in raising her boys and caring for her family. She was attending the School of Ministry and Miracles and had dedicated her life to walking closely with the Lord. She wanted her life to show the love of Jesus and it absolutely did. Every day she was on this earth the light in her eyes grew brighter. She had many interests and hobbies, photography being her hearts passion. Barb's life is best told through her pictures from traveling, she loved just joking around with her boys. Barb's compassion, generosity, friendship and great sense of humor will be missed. She was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Snyder; brother, Gerard Snyder, grandparents, a brother and sister in law. She is survived by her husband Mark Newbauer, 5 sons; Noah, Issac, Sam, Gabriel and Gracen. One daughter and son by marriage; Abby (Matt) Nowicki and Alex Newbauer, 2 grandchildren, 7 siblings; Sharon (Larry) Nelson, Mike Snyder, Dennis Snyder, Terry (Mary Jo) Snyder, Larry (Donna) Snyder, Kenny Snyder and Patsy (Roger Cole) Hoyt, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
